Welding Code, Standard and Specification Compliance

We will work with you to determine the appropriate welding code or standard to help you meet yours or your customers' needs and test your welders accordingly. All documentation will be done in accordance with the appropriate welding code or standard. We will set up a SharePoint folder to contain your documents. We will review the following requirements with the customer and conduct the appropriate tests to ensure code compliance. We can do this onsite or in our laboratory.

With our welding process, auditing, and assistance services, we evaluate your current processes and methods. We make suggestions for cost improvements and help set up new processes. We make sure expectations are being met, and prove that what you were doing and will do will make a significant difference.

Welder Training & Pre-employment

We provide welder training using FCAW (flux-core), GMAW (MIG), GTAW (TIG), and SMAW (stick).

Welder Procedure Testing

Laboratory Testing

We provide a variety of laboratory tests for both filler and base metals. We run filler metal tests in accordance with AWS A5 filler metal specifications as well as military to ensure the products meet the applicable specifications. We work to ASTM A494 and B369 to run weldability testing for foundries to prove that their castings are weldable and meet the specifications.

Visual Welding Inspection

We have on staff a senior certified weld inspector that can perform welding inspections in accordance with a variety of welding codes, standards and specifications and provide an inspection report.

We are an AWS Accredited Test Facility

As an AWS Accredited Test Facility (ATF), we have the test facilities, personnel, and equipment to test and qualify welders. Using an Accredited Test Facility will help you save money, improve productivity, and reduce liability.
